あらかじめ他の舞踊の基礎がある人が日本の踊りを踊るとそれなりのかたちにな りますが、舞踊経験なしにゼロの状態からスタートすると、型の習得に何年もかかってしまいます。

ですから、バレエ、ボールルーム、モダンなど、ジャンルは問いませんが、他の舞踊の訓練を受けてきてからお いでになることをおすすめいたします。ただし、体の使い方のまったく異なる舞踏やヒップホップでしたら、かえって変な癖がついてしまいますので、 そのようなジャンルはおやりいただかないほうが、アカデミックな踊りは上達が早くなります。

Note:
It is easier to learn the traditional Japanese dance if you have some basic dance training
(ballet, modern, jazz, etc.) before visiting us however.
An Intensive private program will be arranged for you according to your stay in Japan.
For a hoobby dancer previous training is not neessary. Enjoy your stay with cultural activity.
If you come on the right timing you can join our cultural dance performance in front of audience.
Ballet technique is required to have a good form.
